Lake Baccarac 

Lake Baccarac was stocked in 1978 with a strain of Florida large mouth bass. Their first season was beyond anglers wildest dreams for a first year stocking. The lake has improved steadily, since.

The lake is approximately 25 miles long and 5 miles wide.   It is reached by flying to Los Mochis, Mexico.  The lodge is
located close to the lake and is air-conditioned and has all the modern conveniences that anglers have come to expect while catching huge largemouth's. All rooms have showers with hot and cold water and purified water to drink.

Daily maid service is available as are rooms that will accommodate 2 to 3 guests at a time.

The lake record was caught in 1993 and is 19 lbs 1 oz., a new world record could come from this lake at any time. The average angler can expect  to catch at least one bass in the 10 lb. range on each trip and most anglers will average more than 30 bass per day.

What to Bring?

Passport , 6' to 7’ medium to heavy action rods, (3 to 4 are recommended), 4 to 5 reels with 20 to 25 lb. line, lures ranging from Zara Spooks, Woodchoppers, Pop R’s, Rat L Traps, Rapalas, Jerk Baits, Deep Water Crank Baits, 3/8S to 1 oz. spinner baits, 3/8S to 1/2 oz. bullet waits, 6 to 8” lizards, 6 to 10” worms. The best colors are watermelon or black in worms and jigs, shad color in crank baits, blue and silver or black and sliver in Rat L Traps and whatever you usually use on your local lakes, but size it for Mexico bass lakes. Several huge bass up to 18.3 pounds have been caught in the last 3 seasons.

All rates are based on double occupancy.  There  is an extra charge for a single angler and single anglers are accepted based upon capacity.
Add ons:  Fish with Rene Salazar, Narlin Salazar or Sixto Figeroa-professional teaching anglers- $100 per day

Economy Package:
$1095 p.p, triple occupancy. 4 nights/3days, 3 people to an economy room and fishing 3 to a boat.

VIP Package:
Rods, reels and tackle furnished, along with fishing out of a full-sized American bass boat.  Call for details.
