Ontario

Manitoba
Trophy Canadian Moose/Fishing/Wolf Combo
This outfitter specialized in huge trophy quality moose, averaging a 50” spread, with a 66” and 60” and several in the upper fifties last season. The terrain consists of a vast region with 12 rivers and over a hundred lakes. Their hunts run from a variety of camps, ranging from a deluxe outpost camp to tent camps, which hold 1-4 hunters allowing for privacy, and personalize hunting experience. Success averages between 70-85%, varying from year to year. Hunt is by boat traveling to different areas by water and repetitively calling, hoping to lure one to the water’s edge. It’s like hunting a ghost, except when the ghost appears; he stands 7’ at the shoulder and weighs over 1200 pounds. This hunt has been featured on North American Outdoors TV and in the 2003 Sportsman’s Yearbook. All meat may be claimed by the hunter. One advantage of hunting in Manitoba is the ability to take a wolf on any open big game tag. This does not fill the tag. All hunts are 2 hunters per guide. Trips originate from Thompson, Manitoba.

Newfoundland
Moose-Fishing Combo
Outstanding Moose hunting grounds with a density of 20 moose per square mile. One of the best outfitters on the Island with a 95% success rate for the past 15 years. Because of this excellent reputation, openings are always limited. To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you book early to reserve your hunt. Combination Moose / Woodland Caribou / Black Bear hunts available.
Included: 7-Day 1×1 Guided trophy hunt, moose license and tag, fishing license, export license, accommodations, home-cooked meals, transportation to/from hunting areas and local airport pick-up service.
Season: Rifle season opens the 2nd Saturday in September and closes the 2nd Saturday in December. Bow hunting season opens two weeks earlier and closes at the same time.

British Columbia
Western Canadian Trophy Bull Moose
Traditional horseback hunts in Western Canada. This outfitters have sole hunting rights to over 2,000 square miles of rugged and pristine wilderness that are only accessible by horseback, brush plane and ATV. Over 60% of this area has yet to be hunted. This remote area is close to old burns, prime habitat with standing spruce, and surrounding swamps with larger lakes. These lakes are natural corridors where game travel. The game area has unlimited moose tags but the outfitter chooses to limit the number of hunters to ensure the maximum opportunity at harvesting a big bull. Success rate run 80-90%. Located in Northern British Columbia along the Yukon border. The Yukon Territory is one of the three areas where the biggest moose species, Alaskan Yukon Bulls, are found with spreads averaging in the mid fifty’s and often going over to the sixty inch class. Maine
The State of Maine has arguably some of the best Moose Hunting opportunity anywhere. These Moose are plentiful enough to produce a trophy of a lifetime. The downside is the difficulty in obtaining a tag. You must draw a tag from a lottery system that allots a mere 10% to nonresidents. If you do draw a tag, this outfitter is the one to talk. The offer a guided 6-nts/5-day hunt for 2 persons that includes all meals, lodging and guide service in October for $3,000. This is for harvest of one Moose.
