The bass fishing season runs from the middle of October to end of May, with the peak season generally being January through April. Many of the lodges are sold out during this time so we recommend that you lock in your dates as soon as you know you want to try this experience. Bass Fishing Packages include: 3-4 day guided fishing, airport pick-up, lodge accommodations, 3 meals a day, beer and margaritas, motor boat and fishing licenses. Most lodges are typically a two-three hour drive from the closest airports. The exception being Lake El Salto, which is only 55 miles from Mazatlan and offers both lodge packages and day trips from the city.
